Goodies Galore

Learning to focus less on dieting and more on overall health and wellness

Really Lindsay?

Who says it’s too early for salad? So this morning I did not go to boot camp which is pretty silly of me. Still full from my food coma but wanting something to eat before I head out for a few hours, I opted for the salad I had originally planned for last night. In it is roasted asparagus and portobello mushrooms, goat cheese, some crouts, and light honey mustard. This meal comes to about 6 points. (Yes I am counting this morning.)IMG_1365IMG_1366

  2. Hi! I’m glad I stumbled upon your blog. I am in Overeaters Anonymous which I have found to be only way I’ve found a closeness to sanity around food… although this week I am not feeling too good about my relationship with food. So glad to relate to you. I look forward to rading more.

    • Hey Ninq, Thanks for reading! I’ve always wondered how OA was. It works for you apparently so stick with it. I don’t think this struggle will go away easily to savor the small successes. Keep up the good work!
