Learning to focus less on dieting and more on overall health and wellness

Reminder

This is the last day for content entries.

**I cannot wait to see the movie Blind Spot with Sandra Bullock. I saw a preview and cried my eyeballs out. It looks so good and you can be sure I will be there opening night. I love this time of year because al the best movies come out around the holidays. Hope today is wonderful!

  1. Hey Linz- just wanted to let you know that I really enjoy your blog. I, too, struggle with an eating disorder (and have my entire life). I am in a support group at Renfrew Center. It is so hard to deal with. I am 29, got married recently, am hoping to do the baby thing soon, and never thought this would still be in my life. Reccommendation: READ LIFE WITHOUT ED. It is THE BEST ED recovery book. I also started a blog too if you are ever bored: http://www.upsanddownes.wordpress.com (my last name is DOWNES :-)) anyway, hang in there and happy blogging!

    • Hey Jess, I’m excited to check out your blog and will do so too! Looks like we’ve been on the same path as I’m knocking on the door of 29. I too thought with age I’d grow out of it. Not so much. Thanks for the book recommendation. Love the name of your blog. Thanks for the comment.

  2. Okay, so the first opportunity I got to do something for someone else came last night!! 🙂 My retired uncle “e-mailed!” (very big step, the e-mail)meto say he needed help with his printer – it kept spitting out queued up papers. I went to show him how to cancel jobs that may have been stocked up – or just hit the cancel button on the computer… THEN I got to help my aunt and uncle program their new cordless phone with a new personal greeting. It wasn’t much but made me feel good that I could help them out!! It is fun to help the elderly with new technology!
