Learning to focus less on dieting and more on overall health and wellness

Food shopping with the sis

For breakfast I had cottage cheese, greek yogurt, pumpkin butter (I’ve missed it this week) and half a banana. I needed some fruits and vegetables so Lis and I decided to mingle around Whole Foods and TJ’s. Obviously we had a photo shoot at both places.

I had a short stint as a vegan but that didn’t stop me from indulging in pastries.

Tada! Vegan cookies.

And scones. The chocolate chip vegan scones get me every time.

These are NOT vegan but amazing! Smores brownies.

Oat Bran, two Clif bars-ginger bread and pumpkin spice, Justin's Maple Butter, and Chai chocolate Bar. What's up now!

One more thing at Trader Joe’s. I couldn’t help but notice that someone left behind a pumpkin butter in the midst of chips. Who would chose NOT to buy PB. IMG_2283
