Learning to focus less on dieting and more on overall health and wellness

Wild turkey on the loose.

There was a wild turkey strutting up my street today in Boston. Apparently Len got a big kick out of it because he busted out his camera and recorded a video. I hope he’s safe and sound back in his nest. Do wild turkeys have nests?

I think I’ve had dessert every night except one for the last four weeks. Get a grip man. If Len eats the last weight watchers ice cream tonight then we’ll be in the clear. Imagine if I got so desperate that I ate Ellie’s puppy ice cream? Hahah, that makes me giggle. Anyway, tonight I had WW cookie dough ice cream. I love their desserts; they are creamy and luscious. The bf thinks they’re a scam because they are just smaller portions of regular ice cream. Um, yeah…. exactly. Paying more for the opportunity NOT to binge is always worth it. Scooping out 1/2 cup of ice cream will never happen. Pints, half gallons and gallons will happen.

P.S. I’ve been getting the worst frontal headaches. What’s that all about?

  4. sugar and processed foods for sure. Or muscles tension in your pecs and front neck. Stand in front of a door way with your arm on the edge of the door and fall forward slowly. Make sense? If your at a computer alot or driving or anything that will make your shoulders huntch forward it strains your back. Headaches suck! booo
