Learning to focus less on dieting and more on overall health and wellness

Life Without Ed–Bringing people together.

I was on the train reading Life Without Ed when I heard, “that’s a good book.” I ended up having a conversation with a random stranger about different resources and experiences around eating disorders. Unfortunately her stop came too soon and we were unable to exchange any information. Taryn from Boston, if you’re reading this let’s have coffee!! Two months ago I would never have dreamed of reading a book like about eating disorders in public, never mind having a full-blown conversation. No way Jose. Now it feels liberating. Life is good.

  1. Hello, I just started my blog about my ED and see you are in a similar place to me. I have had anorexia and disordered eating for nearly 8 years now, and have given up on the day when I don’t see food as an enemy. Drop by if you get a chance 🙂
