I am crazy late right now so I have to do a double lunch/snack post. Lunch is a loaded salad with corn, avocado, refried beans and salsa. I packed an apple just in case I want sweet. Snack is almonds and these clementines. I got them yesterday even though I don’t love them. They are convenient and perfect for snack. So sorry but work is calling. Longer post tonight, I promise.
