Learning to focus less on dieting and more on overall health and wellness

Back to reality.

Happy Monday!! I set my alarm for spin but couldn’t drag my butt out of bed. Len keeps insisting that marathon training starts tomorrow but I still don’t believe him. Anyone know of a good 20 week marathon training plan? The next two weeks are going to be crazy busy due to finals. Hopefully I use my time wisely and don’t procrastinate any further. I’m not planning to eat breakfast this morning but I did have an eclair last night AND a small piece of Len’s pizza. We watched a Hallmark movie called, A Dog Named Christmas and you better believe I cried my eyes out. Anything with a dog guarantees tears. I’m off to work! Enjoy the day.
