Hodgepodge and new product

I created a fun little mix for my snack: dried apricots, roasted edamame and raw almonds. Yum! I couldn’t get a decent picture of the actual portion so I just snapped all the big bags together. Since I won’t be eating dinner until late tonight, I packed another snack to hold me over: banana and TOASTED COCONUT VANILLA yogurt. I am super psyched about this because it’s seasonal and I stumbled upon it the other night. I have an idea of what it should taste like and it’s delicious. You’ll get the review later.

There are lots of new goodies in the bins here at work; I want to stack them all in a huge pile and pounce on it. Maybe if they’re crunched into tiny crumbs they won’t be so damn appealing.

  1. Can you let me know about that yogart..Looks and sounds perfect. I didnt like the watermelon or the banana from the summer.. bluck !

    • Sadly, I grabbed the wrong one out of the fridge and it wasn’t seasonal. I’ll try the other one tomorrow though. Yes, the other ones tasted like crap.
