Tentative schedule.

Hello out there! Len and I actually got up this morning and ran/walked 3 miles. Sweet!!  I’m proud of him because he’s definitely not a morning person. We found a tentative running plan that looks decent. Instead of doing our long runs on Sunday as planned in the schedule, we’ll do them on Saturday. It just feels better having that extra day of rest. For breakfast I packed a yogurt. This is the new flavor that I didn’t get test out the other day. I hope it’s wonderful. Happy Hump Day, bloggies.

  2. What are the different letters? Is it 5 days or running, or is some of it cross-training? Are you training for a marathon?

    • I think E is easy
      R is rest
      T is tempo
      and Im not sure about the others.

      Yes, training for the Country Music Marathon on April 25th!
