Quick question for any health enthusiasts

I’m trying to set up my targets for calorie king.. How much fat/protein should I be getting in a day?  (I’m 5’6 and roughly 152) Thanks!

Also, check out this cute little card/money wallet I bought yesterday at a fund-raiser. It’s big enough to hold cards/money and chap stick! I should have gotten another one to give to a lucky reader. Damn.
