Goodies Galore

Learning to focus less on dieting and more on overall health and wellness

Let the Chaos begin

Today marks the beginning of what could be a total food shit-show. Each day (except two) will bring on a new challenge and test my will power. Let me give you the run down of what the next 9 days have in store for me.

Today- Goodbye dinner party for my supervisor

Friday- Over night babysitting (This is where I may possibly do the most damage. This has always been a trigger-surrounded by kid food.)

Saturday- Babysitting till afternoon. Then shopping. (If I can make it through babysitting I’ll be fine.)

Sunday- Birthday party Brunch. Dinner with a friend.

Monday- Dinner with a friend.

Tuesday-Nothing but last-minute Christmas shopping. Amen to that.

Wednesday- Lens office party dinner.

Thursday- Christmas Eve- This should be fine- our tradition is Chinese food, which for me is an easy choice that always bores and annoyed me while I eat it– steamed veggies and tofu.

Friday- Christmas- Enough said

Saturday- Second Christmas.

What am I to do with all this fooooood???

  2. Wow so maybe this wasn’t the best time for a sugar challenge? Hahah bummer man 😦 I work for a nanny agency, I so know what you’re saying about kids food being triggers, especially when they go to bed

  3. That is a stressful schedule! Do you think you will find a way to enjoy a bit of everything in moderation?

    • I don’t know. That’s a tough approach for me. I don’t trust myself.
