Friday morning is so wonderful! (I just sang that to Ellie in a high pitch voice and she looked less than impressed.) I am SOOOOOO happy for the weekend ahead, although I am procrastinating my to-do list for the morning. It includes dishes, laundry, whittle my middle, gym, packing , paperwork, etc. Before errands comes breakfast: piece of toast with almond butter and banana.
I decided to man up and weigh in this morning. Next Friday will be my weigh in day as well due to travel plans. I was down this week, and I think that’s the way it should be since I did have some good eating days and I started running again. I don’t think I’ve gotten below this point since documenting my weigh so I’m really going to try hard this week.
