  1. I’m doing the challenge too, but since I don’t have a blog of my own, I’m posting my Day 1 results here:
    Front Plank- 60 sec
Side Plank- 35 sec each side
Torso Twists- 20 reps (10 on each side) these things will be the death of me.
Plank Ups- 8 reps- Lots of room for improvement here~
    Bicycles- 30

    Thanks for the motivation!

      • Yes, we can do them together on Sat and Sun!!! And, next weekend! I didn’t even think of that. Maybe we can make some ichat dates to do them “together” when we are not in the same place. Your blog is making me want one of my own. I just don’t know how I’d even have the time to update it.

  4. So, I take back what I said about not being sore yesterday. i don’t know if it’s from WMM or from yesterday’s yoga class, but I my core…especially the obliques are S O R E today! I didn’t get to do the exercises this morning because my FB account got hacked (someone was on IM w/ Amanda from my account saying I was in deep shit in London) and I needed to deal with that. If I had a classroom door to close I’d drop down and do them now….but, not gonna happen. Hopefully tonight… see you sooooooonnnnnn!

Bicycles: 30..Not sure how I banged out 50 of these the other day
Plank Ups: 8 These still suck

  6. I started WMM this morning but will need to finish this evening. So far:
    Bicycles: 40
    Torso Twists: 25

I tried to do the plank ones, but Jack feels the need to bite my ankles while I’m in plank and I couldn’t deal.

Have a good day. Can’t wait to plank with you soon.
